VERY bad customer service

I was contacted by Pat McGrath Chevyland after filling out an application online for people with less than perfect credit. I made an appointment with a woman and was there 5 minutes early. She must have had something else going on because some guy came out to "deal" with me. On the phone they told me they had a nice little area for kids to play... I was extremely dissapointed with what was provided... it was dirty and had a handfull (literally) of Legos and a bucket full of wooden Jenga pieces. It was also dimly lit, and there were ants all over the floor in front of the popcorn machine. I felt ignored, lonely and looked down upon. They also forgot about the copy of my credit report they said they would give me. All in all I waited nearly 2 hours with my son in the waiting area. The second to last person I talked to (4 total) told me she was going to ask about a question I had, and after waiting at least 10 more minutes, a different person came out and told me they would email me in the morning. I recieved nothing... but a bad experience.
