Great Store very knowledgeable guy

I have bought and retained this jeweler for many occasions and find him extremely courteous and well educated in his field. The quality of inventory is very extensive and high quality. It is nice to deal with a store that can perform custom fabrications and the ability to do all the bench work in house. I recommend this store to everyone.

I like it!

I'm not sure who you are that did not like the Gold Gallery when you visited on 2/23/08 but you apparently have the wrong Gold Gallery. I found them to be very open, honest and extremely knowledgable about the products. My necklace was repaired at a more than reasonable cost and I purchased other high quality merchandise. I have been there several times and my experience has been a very good one and I found them to be very respectable and professional. Others I have referred there have also had positive experiences. So, go and see what great quality merchandise is available to you at great prices.

Jeff Has the very best quality. he does old fashion work meaning he takes pride in what he produces. He is an artist He wont cheat you he will give you something you will be proud to own or give as a gift

This store is a fraud!

I went to this jewler to have some earings repaired. My earings were repaired at an outragous price. Then the jewler took a look at my wedding ring snd told me that Kay's Jewlers had ripped me off. He then proceeded to tell me that the diamonds in my ring were very loose and he would need to reset my ring. Which would cost me at least 100 dollars. I have insurnce on my ring so if anything would be wrong I would just take it to Kay's and they could fix it for nothing. I had two different jewlers look at my ring after that and they both agreeded that the stones were loose and my ring was perfectly fine. This jewlers was just trying to make a profit off of me, When nothng was even wrong. Was he going to take my diamonds and replace them with a poorer quality diamond? Or would he have charged me for a service that was not ever rendered? This I am not sure, however this jewler was very errogant and rude. I would not reccomend this jewler to anyone.
