Rudeness and Unprofessionalism

I dropped by cleaners at 7:00p.m.I drove up as someone was walking up to lock door. He quickly locked the door ran and jumped over the counter to hide and he and two other employees begain to laugh and watch me drive away. The following day I called to let management know and a employee answered the phone I asked to speak with owner and she rudely told she was the owner, "what was the problem" and I asked her name and she refused I told her what has happened the night before. She seemed unconcerned. I will not go back and I will laugh as I tell everyone not to go there as well!
