Very Happy

Hello I visited your store with my youngest daughter today Friday and have to admite i was very happy with the way i was treated by one of your Employee's His name was Robert I did not catch his last but hope that this is enough information to pin point who he is. Anyways he had mentioned how i should get this service done called a Transmission exchanged I declined the service due to the amount. But what impressed me was how he said oh dont worry about it but then explained for next time what exactly it did. he went all into details about how it would help my high millage car and then i got to thinking that i would much rather a high movation person like Robert who oveiously has a passion for his work and diffiently know's what he's talking about work on my car. So I allowed this young man to do the service's and was more then happy with the job that was done. With all the compettion around you guys earned a custumer for life. Thank you Robert and Jiffy Lube(397)

Very upset

I went into Jiffy Lube Store #397 today to buy a $100.00 gift card and the girl in the office was sound a sleep i stood there for at least 5 mins then just gave up iam not going to spend my money on a company who has employee's like that. so i went across the street to mobil were they were glad to earn my bussiness.

For a quick in and out oil change, this is the place to go. You also receive a free car wash which is nice. The price is high for a simple oil change but it's quick.
