Someboby please, wash your hands!

I went to eat there one afternoon and a guy with black stuff all over his apron was smoking and talking on his phone just out side the door. I went inside and placed my order. I then saw the same guy come in side go directly behind the counter and started cooking my pizza. OMG...I said aren't you even going to wash your hands and the witress actually said "oh, he was just on his own phone, it's ok." I got a refund and have never eaten there again.
