the noise above me is insane. i moved here thinking that it would be quiet working professionals - I have NO idea who the heck lives up there but i think they might be lumberjacks that work out of the home....

pay too much for noise levels

noise levels rival those of a dorm room (e.g. Bass from stereos, people yelling, guitar pratice, etc.). certain level of noise expected in apt., but not normal walking and living sounds. pay too much for that...
