i called los lupes on trinity mills rd. to place a large order of fajitas for my daugthers birthday party. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I then asked for the manager and she claimed that there was not a manager present in the store and there would not be a manager in the whole store untill noon.I then asked how the store is running without a manager and she answered with attitude "well it just is that's how it done here".I was not pleased with this service, they lost a big order today. Their loss!!!!!!!

If you haven't tried Los Lupes yet, you need to know. They have a great lunch buffet with a wide variety of Mexican food and a great price! Service is excellent. We strongly recommend Los Lupes!
