bad vibe

I went to the O salon many times and felt as if the owner patty had a really negative vibe. She talked negatively about her own clients and i felt as though she would do the same to me. I quickly switched salons because i could not handle being around that kind of environment! as far as hair goes...nothing special

Negative

I went to O Salon for two years and always listened to the owner make negative comments about passers by or other people in the surrounding shopping center. I finally realized that these "other people" where not the problem and that the owner, Patty, was the common denominator. She always seemed to be in conflict with other store owners and worst of all she'd talk mostly behind the people's backs. I just couldn't take being around that negativity anymore and would not recommend that salon to anyone. Patty is not a happy person and she definitely puts that vibe out once you get past her fake front.

No technique in hair care

I went into O salon and had my hair ruined! I went in and asked for highlights and left with my hair darker than when I went in and over $300 less in my pocket. Its a shame because they have such nice...

Prices out of control

I had my hair done here several times by the owner. On one occasion I waited over 30 minutes for my appt. and also felt that the prices were not only steep but about 3 times the going rate..

gossip

I found the owner of the Salon to be very catty and quick to discuss unprofessional gossip even of her own clients. It really started to stress me out and I had to make a switch. I am sorry to mention this and maybe Patty could hear this and undertand that. Please treat people in a more delicate way! Thanks Godbless
