User Reviews of Learning World Child Development Center

I recommend Learning World Child Development Center

My son started attending Learning World's Before and After Care in September, 2005 when he was 5 years old. At that time, he had special needs that had to be addressed. I explained his needs to the Director and she was beyond understanding. The Director and workers are friendly and very approachable. My son has thrived since attending Learning World and the Center has been a Godsend to my husband and me. He still attends Before and After Care during the school year and he is enrolled in the Summer Camp during the summer. The Summer Camp is awesome as they have fun activities planned everyday. I would definitely recommend Learning World's Before and After care, as well as the Summer Camp.

Poor Service

I do not like this center because they do not try to work with people who have varying schedules. I have two children at this location. My daughter- they send home with wet, dirty clothes and wet bibs around her neck. Some days they don't pack all of her bottles in her bag or they put some other child's bottle in my bag. My son is here too and One day he came home I discovered two bite marks on him-one on his face which was cherry red and the teeth prints still visible and the other on his shoulder blade where the child had bitten into his tender flesh leaving the skin torn and bruised. I called the Center and brought the matter to the attention of the Director and she hardly knew what had happened or even what to say to me. It was not until the next day that the person that was in charge of my son had left an incident report. To make matters worse she did not really know what had happened because she had to many kids to supervise to know what had happened.
