Great Mexican food, hot dishes, very well priced. Service is wonderful, they keep your drinks full and come back and check on you after they serve you to make sure all is ok.

If you want great mexican food - then El Caporal is the place to go in Canon City. It is on Main Street and 14th.Being from Texas- I have a certain taste for good Tex/Mex and have yet to find it ...

This restaurant services alot of food for the price. Hot dishes and great service. They always refill your drinks and make sure that everything is good for you.
