When I moved to Central PA I heard that this salon is the creme de la creme in the area. I made an appt for highlights and a cut. I got a younger sylist so maybe that was the problem but I honestly looked worse leaving than when I went in! The service was expensive and she didn't even succeed in covering up my roots! I'm hoping I just got an inexperienced sylist but I will never go back there again!I went to another salon to have them fix these mistakes and I was told that they get alot of former Kenneth customers for color corrections. Not worth it!
