Tools for Life

I spent years trying to find a mode of therapy & a doctor that was able to help me - I think many of us have. Fifteen years after my initial search began I finally found the right fit. Dr. Kattlove has a unique way of being very present & helpful without interfering or interrupting the delicate process of trying to reach into oneself to learn how to cope & heal in effective ways. She is genuine & it shows in her care. She guides effectively when appropriate but more importantly possesses the ability & balance to let one figure out how to be their own guide while she makes sure that you aren't heading for a dangerous whirlpool or about to plunge over a waterfall. This isn't a temporary band-aid that leaves me bleeding again - I feel like I'm finally getting the tools that I somehow didn't get & that I'm catching up with the world. Dr. Kattlove is helping me put together the toolbox & learn how to utilize each tool effectively. She's amazing & because of her I've been able stick with it.
