Are you kidding me!!!

This stylist turned my hair orange, with ashy gry highlights, fried the ends(they break off when I combe it) and they took no blame, telling me its my fault because I had color on before. They only gave me a partial refund and theatend me if I ever step foot in their door. There is no way I would ever to there again. I wouldnt even send my worst enemy there. BAD SERVICE.BAD EXPERIENCE. Icould have done a better job.

Great Salon and Spa!

The atmosphere is fun and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have been getting Brazilians from Sue for the past eight months and I highly recommend her. I really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere she creates with essential oils and soothing music. I had never had hard wax before her and I find it less painful and an overall better experience. Matteo is fabulous as well as Tyler at the front desk....and yes, Sue does give a wonderful facial! Check this place out! I reccommend it!

I like this salon

I am loyal to Hailey Bevins for my hair -- she's done a great job every time. I like the atmosphere in general. Tyler at the front desk is a crack up and takes care of me. But do NOT get a Brazilian wax by Sue! She is sweet but it was a traumatic experience for me. No strips are used, only wax and it led to a tug-of-war between my skin and her, the wax being the rope. For almost an hour I was in pain. Yikes! Sue does give great facials though.

Not enjoyable

If you are looking for a relaxing treatment in a nice atmosphere- look elsewhere. It took the gossiping employees ten minutes to finish their inappropriate conversation before they acknowledged us. Finally my sister had her hair done while I had a facial. We were both satisfied with the services, but agreed they were no better than where we usually go and the overall atmosphere here was definately unpleasant. The loud music and childlike conversations between employees were not what we expected from an "Aveda" salon. Looks like they're in need of some new management. We won't be back.

Weird Experience

Not what I was expecting for an Aveda salon. I have tried comming to this salon on several different occasions and let me tell you this place is not that great. It seems like the staff is not very happy. I have overheard many employees complaining about the management staff and it seems like everytime I get a service done here another employee has left. Wich does not say good things about the salon. I USED to get my hair done here and the occassional massage. My first hair stylist left so I was put with another, then he left. The man I used to get massages from as laft also. Something is obviously wrong. I would not reccomend this salon to my friends!

Nice place, but not relaxing

If you are going for a relaxing day, this is not your place. Matteo is a godsend and Sue does the most amazing facials, but it is not relaxing before you enter their rooms. I too overheard many of the front desk staff gossiping and talking about people. At one point the guy made a stylist cry. However, if you are going for one service and can get into the room quickly, you will enjoy the treatment.

Great experience!

This salon is great--if for no other reasons than Brice (stylist) and Matteo (masseuse). I followed Brice from another local salon and was very happily surprised when I discovered that Matteo works there as well (previously had massages with him at another salon as well). Absolutely top notch and this salon has my business as long as these two are there!

Peaceful--not this Aveda salon

While Aveda is known for fantastic products, their mission to create a quiet, peaceful environment has been lost at this salon. The loud and at times obnoxious music can give one a headache unless the client is under the age of 25. Forgive me if rap is not what I had in mind to relax. The rosemary mint aromatherapy battles daily with the jarring music choices--and the aromatherapy is losing. While the staff members are well qualified and friendly enough (aside from their mean spirited, open gossiping), I was called a "sleazebag" by one employee when I needed to reschedule an appointment. Apparently he thought he was funny...totally not acceptable and completely unprofessional. Recently I took my daughter in for a cut--her hair had been cut--but not at all washed--I was baffled. We have visited this salon on numerous occasions and are ready to find another place.

Heaven Sent!

This is a great place for stay at home moms. I tend to put myself in last place often, and start to look a little harried after a while. I have gotten facials, a pedicure once while my youngest happily played in the kid's room. I am getting ready to make yet another appointment!

"I Love your hair!"

That's what I heard from my friends and co-workers after getting my hair done at Sorelle Salon. After several years of going to the same person in Portland, she moved out of state and I needed someone new and closer to my home. I was nervous to try to find someone who would get the color right and understand my hair, but after my visit here and getting more compliments in one week than I ever have, I will definately be back! The fun guy at the front desk and the child care facility made my entire visit fun and relaxing. One happy customer ~

This place is awesome!

Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful cut and color. My stylist was up to date on the latest trends and helped me find my new "perfect" haircut! I have already pre-booked my next 3 appointments!

so relaxing

I had a facial and massage at Sorelle. I was very impressed by their professionalism and fun environment. I have never been to a spa that also had a salon so I was skeptical to how relaxing it would be. The spa was totally seperate from the salon. I was very surprised at how relaxed I was. I am going back for sure!

bad service, snooty attitudes

I came to sorelle with my mom for her birthday for facials and massages. The service was rushed and satisfactory at best, but the worst part was the presumptuous front desk staff acting like they were doing me a favor just by being there. I'm not going back.
