THIS PLACE SUCKS. PAPER THIN WALLS. NEIGHBORS ABOVE CAN BE HEARD WHILE WHISPERING. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FEES ANY TIME THEY SEE FIT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NO MATTER WHAT. I'M GLAD I'M OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE....
