Don't Go There

I went in to get a color and cut. It was horrible. My hair color is orange and cut looks like a mushroom head. They don't listen to what you are asking for. I told her just to trim it up as I was growing it out. She took inches off. The cut looks terrible and uneven. Lastly, when colorring my hair the colorist was so messy, that the color ended on my shoes, purse, etc. Also, when I was being washed, I had to stop and ask for a towel. There was so much water in my eyes, I couldn't see. The water was so hot, I felt like I was being scalded (even though I asked 3 times to make it cooler). Lastly, the fake long nails the stylist was wearing was literally cutting my scalp when she was wasking my hair.
