concerned

Hello,i am a pretty regular costomer at youre store for deliveries. Tonight Ihad a bit of a problem, you see my husband ordered 2 pizzones from youre store at around 5:00 pm. They had stated that it would be about an hour, that being fine since we have waited this length of time before. they needed to prepare more shells for the pizzones,fine, when they got here they were under cooked, unseasoned and unbuttered. this creates a problem seeing that Iam pregnant I can't eat raw product. This all would have been fine hade i not got a rude person on the other end, they stated that there was no manager there and they couldn't fix the problem. this caused concern, usually there is noproblems with this store. The young lady who took the order was not the person in question. It was a gentleman whome answered the phone after we got the delivery, he did not state his name. I would like to continue business with you, but would like to see something done about this iddiocracy. thank you for youre time. Sincerly .. out of 20$.
