I am a medical doctor from London and Dr. Fern Starr was asigned as my PP by my insurance. I went to make an emergency appointment when I was in a lot of pain and distress. Dr. Starr's receptionist was extremely unhelpful and sent me away because of an apparent problem with my insurance??? My hospital then contacted Dr. Starr directly to find out what the problem was. Dr. Starr wasn't available at the time but didn't even to bother to ring back. I think no patient should be treated like this, I am shocked by her attitude and wouldn't recommend her at all!
