awful management

It is quite obvious this salon is in need of new management. During my last experience at this salon, a hairdresser gave my jacket to another patron who managed to leave the salon with it on (it was a brand new jacket with money and my ID in the pocket). The salon manager did not apologize for the incident. Rather she stated, "this happens all the time....I'm sure we'll get it back." She then insisted that I pay for the services and she'd call the last five patrons to see if they have it. The salon refused to take responsibility or acknowledge that the jacket may have been stolen...rather referring to it as "a mistake rather than a malicious act". Only when I called the police did I get some sort of action.... a $10 gift certificate for my next visit and a "we're sorry". I was still out my $120 jacket. She seriously thought I would come back to the salon!
