Employees were rude

I called Beez to place an order for delivery and was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes. Once they finally picked up, I asked if I could place 3 separate orders and have them rung up separately because we all had credit cards, but for it to be delivered to the same place. This was so that the driver would not have to go back and forth three different times. They said that it was too busy for them to do that and placed me on hold again to ask a manager if this would be acceptable. After being on Hold this time for at least 5 minutes, I hung up and called back. I spoke to the same person and asked if I should just call back three different times to place our order even though it was going to the same address, which was ridiculaous and she agreed. ????? I gave her the first order and she put the phone down to ring it up and proceeded to talk about me as if I wasnt even on the phone, saying "I cant believe this lady" and "she is really making me mad". Our company orders there almost weekly and we have placed large orders for the company as well. We will never order again. She was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They really need to have management speak to them about customer service and what it is.

I LOVE THIS BAR

I have never had a place in Bridgeville that I have liked as much as Bee'z. The owners are wonderful welcoming people, the food is great, and the other customers are friendly. JUST A GREAT PLACE!
