I was in pain, having trouble with my foot and called in to make an appt. I was on time when I arrived and after waiting in line to check in, ten minutes later I was told to reschedule. Even though I came all the way from downtown, left work early, I was denied medical care. The receptionist tried to talk to the doctor. Still I was turned away.
