User Reviews of Molly S Chatterjee

Lack of concern

Dr. Chatterjee was terrible. Sloppy, unkept office in need of cleaning and upkeep, papers stacked everywhere, very disorganized. High Staff turnover; when we came back to the office, the nurse we did like had quit. Here are specific examples of why no one should ever go to Dr. Chatterjee: She never explained any of her recommendations or Doctor's orders. When she would give orders, she never explained the importance of her orders. We had to use other outside resources to determine the reasoning of her decisions. Her orders were disobeyed 80% of the time with no repercussions. When we went into the hospital, fetal monitoring showed an irregular heartbeat and distress during contractions. She postponed delivery over 48 hours. Luckily the baby is okay. After delivery I suffered post-partum depression. Dr. Chatterjee refused to see me and told me that I had to go see a psychiatrist. I also developed mastitis and Dr. Chatterjee told me that she did not conduct breast exams and I had to go see my PCP. On my 5 week follow up visit she refused to prescribe any birth control. All of the forementioned are problems your OB can help with, however she chose not to. Dr. Chatterjee is not interested in patient care. However she was very persistent in letting us know what the insurance has not paid.
