Don't get it to go

Good barbeque, in general. But don't get it to go. I got a side of fried ocra. They packaged it in a plastic container sealed with a lid. Guess what I got when I got home...Mushy ocra in mushy crust. It was...

Yelp.com Review - by Anna A.

4.0 of 5 stars. Despite having living in nashville 15 years, I've never been to Corky's. This is entirely due to the fact that I really am not a big pulled BBQ fan and I assumed this is all they did. Alas, I had...

The sauce is the bomb by Brian B. at InsiderPages

I stopped by Corky's Bar-B-Q on advise of a friend. Man was it good. There sauce is the best and the food was great. It is a nice place to eat and I would recommend it.

Not impressed

BBQ sandwich and fries for like $9, not worth the price. Terrible service, the place was not very busy and still had a bad waitress. Wouldn't go back.

Yelp.com Review - by Nickie G.

4.0 of 5 stars. I love Corkys. It is my favorite BBQ EVER, I don't know why, I just love it. I always have the pulled pork sandwich and I drown it in sauce and eat the big huge sloppy mess. I also had the rolls...

Great BBQ

Corky's is famous for their ribs and there is a reason. The ribs are great tasting and great quality pork. They give you two choices for the flavor, dry rub or sauce. You can get them with dry rub ...

Best BBQ in town!!

Smoky, tender delicious ribs and cheap beer - HEAVEN!! They smoke all of there meat on-site with hickory fired pits - not commisary or corporate. Sauce is great also. Most other Nashville BBQ seems to be using...

Memphis is better

For those who don't like the franchise in the Nashville area, make the drive to Memphis and have the original. Much better. But while you're there, try The Rendezvous. THAT'S far and away the best BBQ I've...

CORKY'S IN MEMPHIS IS BETTER

THE CORKY'S HERE JUST DOESN'T CAPTURE THE FLAVOR PROFILES, AMBIANCE OR SERVICE LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONE IN MEMPHIS. NOT BAD BBQ FOR THESE PARTS THOUGH.

Great Bar-B-Q

This is the place you take visitors for BarBQ. The ribs, beef and pulled pork are all excellent and the sauce keeps you wanting to come back for more. I have tried both the wet and dry rub ribs and most...

great dry rib, fatty wet ribs

The barbque as a whole is good. The dry ribs are awesome but could stand to be meatier. The wet ribs are just plain gross, the three times I have tried the wet, there was more fat than meat. The beans are...

Awesome dry-rub ribs!

Best dry-rub ribs I have had in a long time. The half-slab I ordered had a flavorful crisp crust on the outside and was falling-off-the-bone tender on the inside. Moist and unctuous, it was heaven to eat!...

You have got to be kidding.

What in the world is this expensive corporate slop doing on anybody's top 10 list? Corky's has, in its favor, some really nice, thick sauce. However, the meat is sticky and bland like you'd find in a truck...

Best Ribs this side of Memphis

Corky's is second to none for ribs in Nashville. The only place I think is better is the Rendevous, but that's in Memphis.

While it seems logical that Nashville ought to have its own style of barbecue, the barbecue they make in Memphis seems so much better. That's why Corky's, a Memphis institution, serves its patented slow-smoked...
