6 of 7 orders wrong.

I just had my worst visit to Simon's in over 4 years of regular patronage. Apparently they just hired a significant number of new hires. Our experience would be laughable if it weren't for the rude behavior of our server who apparently thought that her errors were some how our fault a total of 6 out of seven of our orders were incomplete or completely wrong. Maybe with some time they will be able to return to there former service levels with orders being delivered in a timely manner and correctly filled.

Simon's is a wonderful deli and place to go for homemade favorites. Many nightly specials. Love the pesto pizza! Service with a smile!

Although this is a very popular restaurant, our experience here was not that great. It wasn't very clean and the atmosphere was noisy and cold. We felt our kids were not welcome there (the food was ok though).
