Well first off the office staff has changed three times in 4 months. Maintance is great but very busy. The apartments are nice and everything is newer. Most of the residents are HUD though. Which means while you pay full price for the apartment your neighbor is paying 30 bucks. And you get what you pay for when your neighbor only pays 30 bucks. The neighbors are trashy and love to harass new comers. If I would have known ahead of time there were mostly HUD in here I wouldn't have moved in. But overall not too bad.
