I was happy with Willey Honda

...until I went in for my annual inspection to get my car registered. When I bought the car, there were no problems reported. I wanted to have it worked on where I bought it and I needed some other work done as well. The safety inspection failed because they tested the driver and passenger side windows at 39%. Okay? Where was this failure when they were trying to sell me the car??? I didn't have to have it inspected last year because in Davis County you only do it every other year for newer cars. My real problem with this is that one of the reasons I bought the car was because of the tinted windows. Certainly not the only reason. I was happy with my experience even though I was sold a horrible warranty, I consider that my fault for being taken in. I would take a legal tint, and they sold me the car telling me by passing it for inspection that it was legal. I don't care about the difference between 39 and 40%. The Service Adviser, Tyler Vance didn't care at all to try and figure out what happened, real nice service Tyler. Way to care about the customer! The bottom line is I was lied to originally and now I have to pay for it. Chalk another one up for the big guy! I won't go back, and I would advise you to be very careful when dealing with this service department. (And don't buy an extended warranty it is a huge rip-off.)
