LOVE..Not LIKE

We started taking our Black Lab to Doggy Haven when he was a puppy. It was recommended by a friend, and we needed to go out of town, so off he went!! Loved the facilities and the staff. We took him to a closer place for a while, and there was no comparison with the cleanliness and care, so we went back to Doggy Haven, and am happy we did. Our dog knows that "Wednesday" is his day, and he coos all the way there!!

Disappointed

I wish I had the same experience that everyone else did. Unfortunately, Doggy Haven was very unclean and messy when we dropped off our dog, tons of dead insects all over the window seals. I assume it was so dirty because this was an unscheduled tour. When we picked up our dog after a week's stay she had an eye infection in both eyes! Unbelievable. I take in a healthy dog with a exam by the Vet and pick her up sick. Very, very disappointed.
