Great Vets, busy office, cust svc typical

We have 3 cats that Drs. Gawley and Good treat like their own. Yes, their office is extremely busy, but, compare them to a great restaurant; the lines are long and the food is great (that's why the lines are long-duh). Drs. G & G take time with each pet and yes, you may have to wait awhile, but your time with them is just as important. Cut the front staff some slack; how well would YOU deal with the many pets, nervous owners and many calls. It's not for the faint of heart, trust me, been there, done that.
