Great doctors horrible support staff

Recently diagnosed with cancer and sent to a specialist at Harvard Vanguard in Surgery Dept. The physician I saw was wonderful, caring and really listened to me. However, the support staff is a nightmare. I had to wait 6 weeks to get a surgery date. I have received 5 different letters to schedule my surgery, with each letter containing different locations and times for pre-operative visits. The PA that works with the physician gave me a prescription for the completely wrong medication to take post-op. The waiting room staff could have cared less that I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see the physician. They were rude to me while in the waiting room and only when finally after an hour I asked if I was going to be seen did they tell me my file was missing information and that I had to go to a different office to retrieve it for them before I could see the physician. In retrospect, even though my physician was so great, I would not choose to see him again as the support staff from waiting room to PA is such a nightmare to deal with.
