Horrible Customer Service

I have to echo the other negative review here. I'd read the reviews, but thought I'd give my neighborhood shop a chance. It was a mistake - They wouldn't even take the time to look at me. The guy at the counter just said they didn't have time today, and walked away. They act like they don't need the business, so why give them any.
