bad hair job by Lori

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON UNLESS YOU WANT A BOTCH HAIR JOB! I am new to Bonsall and went into this salon with my exact color written down from my stylist. Well Lori didnt listen to me and decided on her own free will to do something else. What I ended up getting was a ugly black color with a reddish tint. I looked awful. She knew it was bad and didn't charge me and tried to make it good with some free products which doesn't do much for me since my 40th birthday bash was the next evening and I looked like a halloween witch. If you must go to this salon then stay away from Lori unless you want your hair wrecked. To add insult to injury she will have other people in the salon tell you it looks nice. My stylist says my hair looked like a beauty school ameteur mistake. Freddrik Fekkai would cringe!!

not my favorite

More concerned with own personal image than the needs of the guests. The stylists don't seem to cohabitate well. Beautiful salon but it seems that the stylists don't have the best chemistry together.
