Sue did my taxes but I never rcvd my return from the state. I called Sue several times & emailed her 6 times asking for assistance. After 2 months, I finally rcvd a response from her son (partner) advising that she has been out of the office since tax season & has been non existant since then. I had to contact the IRS myself & fax them the missing items. I paid her a fee & she did not deliver a service.
