It was okay... Not a 5 star

The customer service was lacking.. when I went there we had to wait for a long time and I think that when you go to a restaurant that you shouldn't have to wait... even more so when there is NOT ANY LINES! I also think that it is rude when management is barking orders in front of the guests.. take the employees in the back room and talk to them where quests dont have to hear it. I was a little peeved the waiters were sitting in the front laughing carrying on and didnt serve right away. The food is okay.. I honestly was expecting more. I was expecting a little more "Italian" I think the only that that is Italian about the restaurant.. is the name. If you are looking for authentic.. is is NOT your place. I plan on giving it one more chance in about week.. lets see if they improved since the last time..
