wost place ever

i walked out of the salon with wet hair covering myself hoping no would know it was me!!!!!!!!!!! i made the appointment with their master colorist and stylist who i never saw but for a min. i had some intern poking at my head and burning my scalop the whole time i was there he was pulling my hair and doing all kinds of things to make sure that i got out of there bald. if i wanted a jr stylist i would have made an appointment with one why would i want to pay 180.00 dollars for someone to put me in so much pain. in the end i had to leave the place good for me i lived close by where i washed my own hair and it was not the color i wanted i was very unhappy with them and thir management sucks as well i contacted them about my unhappines and its been a year or so and i still have some one to call me back and see if i am ok so thats what you would be paying for nothing.
