Customer Service Issues

While we enjoyed most parts of our stay: the breakfast, rooms were good, nice lobby... we waited till early evening for our rooms, the police came three times, and worst of all- We were charged $50 for a chair in our room which was damaged before we moved in. When we contacted the desk after receiving the overcharge on our bill to tell them that we did not harm the chair, the clerk got rude and hung up on us. Subsequent emails have brought no response from management and, hense, no refund on the fraudulant charge. Satisfaction NOT guaranteed.
