provides no emergency info

Rental car would not start; agency paper did not supply emergency info; numbers listed to call no answer or had to leave message Car needed new battery for which I paid for and now Annex Enterprises rep @ 10201 Washington in Culver City refuses to reimburse me saying the dead battery was my fault and AAA took advantage of me advising me that the car needed new battery. Annex Enterprises rep rude/non-existent customer service manners.

very friendly environment, clean/brand new cars

friendliest place you can rent a car from ! definitely ! they only accept customer that have been there before. they set up direct billing with your insurance company with no hassle.
