Department stores are not necessarily the place to get special baby things. They have the normal, generic stuff. Hecht's is fine for ordinary things, but not much of a special experience.

I can often find good deals here although sometimes it takes a bit of effort. Aisles are small and hard to navigate with a double stroller.
