On Monday 7-21-08 I took the 3:37 pm bus from Port Authority to New City. The temperture at this time was 87 degrees with high humidity.The A/C on the bus was not working. Needless to say the ride was horrible from the time we left. I would like to know why the bus was not taken out of service. In the past I was on a bus with no heat in the winter and the bus was taken out of service. And what are the guidlines if any on how to treat your customers.
