My wife and I decided to go to Caprice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We made a reservation for a Sat evening at 7:30pm through OpenTable. Left specific instructions that this is a special night for us and I wanted a secluded table with unobstructed view on time. To our utter dissatisfaction, they did not have a table waiting for us in spite of the fact that we made a reservation. They made us wait for half an hour and it was only after I complained that they actually got us a table. What was completely dissatisfying was the fact that they did have a table available (a four person table) that they could have given to us but they were holding it for a bigger group even though I saw other couples in the restaurant sitting on a four person table. I was very dissatisfied with their service even though we made a reservation in advance to make this evening special. They did not do anything to make it special inspite of the instruction which they were aware of.
