Yellow is not my color

The Salon is nice, however the service is not so nice. I followed a stylist there who had done my color once before. It was not perfect but close. The only change I asked for was not to go as heavy on the low lights and keep it a cool blonde. The stylist used a different color and now my hair is yellow with some caramel.I called to get an adjustment and my stylist refused. She told me she did not believe she could make me happy and no one else has complained. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she worked for herself. I paid $165.00 for a partial foil and trim. She said she would do a partial refund, but did not believe it was fair to her. We agreed on $50, however its been over 2-weeks and so far no refund. Problem is this is not an easy fix and $50.00 wont get me very far. She also told me she recently had some mean clients, so I was kinda expecting a bad response. I think the ownership should take responsibilty since the stylist wont. I wont go back or recommend Salon Soma. I will go somewhere that stands by what they do and will right a wrong.
