There was a smell coming from the car that I concluded was a cooling issue, because the radiator fan never came on. Note that prior to taking the car in, there was NO OTHER PROBLEM besides a slight smell. Being cautious, I took the car in to have them check the fan. They proceed to tell me the fan is fine, but the OIL PAN Gasket is leaking onto the exhaust manifold, so they want to replace the oil gasket. This seemed fishy to me, because I never detected ANY leak whatsoever, but because of my track record with them, I trusted them to go about their work. $260 to replace oil gasket. When I get the car back, there is now SUBSTANTIAL leaking of oil. I took the car back and told them that they did a shoddy job replacing the oil gasket and demanded that they fix it. Now they tell me that OIL is leaking from the Engine to the transmission through a faulty seal. So now they want to take apart the block and reseal it for $600 . This is pure BS, there was ZERO leak before I took it in. Now they are telling me that there were TWO leaks, one from the oil pan gasket, (which they presumably fixed), and one from the engine, yet before they touched the car, there was NO SIGN of ANY fluid leaking. What scammers, to fraudulantly manipulate this situation upon a very loyal customer of over ten years. I highly recommend everyone TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
