Rude treatment

I, too, felt I was treated rudely while trying to resolve an insurance problem.

Did not like them at all

The receptionist was somewhat condesending and rude at times when I visited them for an appointment. On top of Dr. Richardson's poor service, she overcharged my insurance for less than 30 sec appearance. I am not going back there any more and be aware of their service.
