I expect good customer service when I'm paying thousands of dollards to someone up front. The quality of the pictures is good, but dealing with the photographer was a nightmare. All I wanted was everything I paid for and how long it took and the nightmare I had to go through to get it was very rediculous. It's worth paying more for a real professional!
