Bad customer service

The customer service here is the worst I have even witnessed in a yarn store. They treat their customers and staff very lowly. My family and myself use to get a lot of yarn here, but have now moved our business elsewhere, such as Fiberlicous in Madeira or One More stitch on Madison. Very disappointed w/ this store.
