Dr. Ashley Carnahan DMD.

The dental work was not completed or done properly.The complete dental work was never done.I was told I would a receive a refund of $910.00. This was later canceled on appox. 07 Oct 08.I consider this a complete breach of contract by HealthPoint Family Care, Dr. Ashley Carnahan DMD., and the dental staff. I would not recommend Dr. Ashley Carnahan DMD., Healthpoint Family Care,or the dental staff to anyone.

Healthpoint Family Care / Dr. Carnhan,DDS/and staff

My dental care at HealthPoint Family Care in Bellevue,Ky. was very poor. The service I received from Dr.Carnhan,DDS,the staff,and the billing department was way below standard.I would not recommend anyone to them. In general they where very dishonest with me.
