!!! BEWARE !!!

IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS QUALITY AUTO CENTER IN BELLEVILLE NJ FOR A TOTAL OF 4 FULL SERVICE SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGES HOPEING IT WOULD GET BETTER AND IT ONLY GOT WORSE. EVERYTIME I GET THE OIL CHANGED THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS AND THEY NEVER DO. I ALWAYS HAVE TO GO BACK IN AND HAVE THEM TOP OFF THE FLUIDS.I PURPOSLY PUT NEW BRAKES ON MY VEHICAL AND THEN ASKED THEM TO CHECK MY BRAKES. THEY SAID THE BRAKES WERE COMPLETEY WORN DOWN AND I NEEDED TO REPLACE THEM IMMEDIETLY THEN ONE DAY I WAS DRIVING AND MY CHANGE OIL LIGHT CAME ON SO I PULLED OVER AND CHECKED MY OIL IT WAS LOW AND I WANTED TO BE SURE THAT BEFORE I PUT OIL IN I BOUGHT THE RIGHT OIL SO I CALLED THEM AND LLYOD TOLD ME HE WAS BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.THEN ABOUT A WEEK AFTER THAT I WENT IN TO GET A FREE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE AFTER 4 YOU GET ONE FREE AND LLYOD SAID HE WOULD RATHER NOT DO IT FOR ME BECAUSE I CALLED ANOTHER QUALITY AUTO AND TOLD THEM HE HUNG UP ON ME AND THAT IF HE DID DO MY OIL CHANGE HE WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO MY VEHICAL.SO I ASKED IF MY CAR FELL OFF THE LIFT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE AND HE SAID ABSOLUTLY NOT.I TOLD HIM HE HAS NO LEGAL THRESHOLD AND HE WAS SPEEEHLESS.I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THERE IS SOMETHING UP WITH THIS PLACE.DO NOT GO HERE IM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM AND LLOYD TO THE BETTER BUISSNESS BURO. PLEASE POST THIS SO THAT PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY DOESNT GET WASTED ON SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THE QUALITY THEY COME TO EXPECT.

They were more than happy to take our money for fixing our car, but when we started having more problems after the repair than we did before it, and went for warranty service, they were too busy to check it...
