SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM

This fabric warehouse is exactly that - a warehouse. It looks a little run down. but when you go inside, there are so many selections to choose from. They have all kinds of decorator fabrics and craft...

Incredible selection and prices

This place is great! When you first see it, you may be nervous as it is in an extremely run down old factory which is surrounded by buildings in similar condition. But don't judge a book by its cove...
