Poor bedside manners & Noncommittal care

After seeing Mark for several months, I repeatedly experienced the following. First, he had a poor patient communication and interaction style. He seemed arrogant and tended to answer questions in a defensive manner. Perhaps he felt intimidated that a patient was asking intelligent questions? In any case, although he seemed to try to listen to my concerns, his responses showed he struggled to be open and empathetic. He also tended to be overly abrupt and dismissive. The worst part of my experience with him was that he also seemed to give up trying to help me when the first two medications he prescribed did not help. Perhaps the other reviewer who raved about his services respond well to his medication(s) of choice. Fortunately, I was able to find quality of care from another doctor who eventually helped me. However, I hope he does not let another patient fall through the cracks that has more severe problems and less resources.

Great doctor

Dr. Moeller is a wonderful psychiatrist. Very professional. He is a patient listener and just a kind, positive person. I always had impression he gets involved in my treatment and his decisions seemed carefully considered. He helped me overcome my depression and I am very grateful for that.
