Happy with the product but...

The guy who did my tattoo charged by the hour, which was fine, but he took three smoke breaks, which counted towards my time, each one lasted about 10 minutes. My tattoo would have been down after 35 minutes or so, but because he smoked it added to my time. Very unprofessional.
