LAZEE FRAZEE DRIVES ME CRAZEE

Typical emp. agency, bait & switch ads, fill out enough paperwork to work for the FBI and take there stupid personality tests that amount to nothing but a waste of time. After all that b.s. & you meet w/a joke of a recuiter. They give you get alot of smiles & reassurement of jobs for you that they can provide. Of course, they can NEVER give you that info there in person...the sys. is ALWAYS down. Ph calls can never be taken or returned. Jobs never develop, ads are "already" filled.

Number 1 Stunters

I went to this agency when I first came to Baton Rouge equiped with a Masters degree in Public Administration, Bachelor of Arts in English, Associates degree in Legal Assistance, a Welding Certification, a 56 hour Hazwoper certification and a Carpenter Certification, with over 10 years experience and they lied and bullcrapt me into believing they were going to help me become employed super fast and with the quickness, but they ultimately stunted and never called me for nothing, not even a thank you for my interest.

No contact

Lets see...it has been about two months since I have meet with Frazee and I have not had one returned phone call or e-mail. I have experience and my degree so its not like they cant find me any thing. Good luck to all who try and go through this company, dont let this be your only means of finding a job because you will be jobless the rest of your life.

Thanks for nothing!!

In a desperate job search I found a position that required me to have to go through Frazee. I had several phone conversations with a recruiter, faxed in my resume and references. I was pretty much promised the position, all I needed to do was have the face to face interview with the office manager at Frazee. The day of my interview I thought everything went well to where the lady I met with told the position I was applying was an ok position but she had one in mind for me that offered more benefits and pay that she would prefer to send me there. She stated that she would email the job info because at the time there system was down so she could not print it out for me then (and I bought it). Well need less to say she never sent the info and when I can inquiring about the info she avoided my calls until I just stop calling.

Rude recuriting

I also applied with Frazee and was not happy with my experience. I contacted them about a job and due to a medical emergency i told them that I could not come in an meet that I was going to have surgery and would like to come in after my recovery. When I contacted them after they said that I canceled twice there for I could not apply with them at that time. I use to be a recruiter and I had never heard of anything like that. If that is there policy then they need to find a better way to serve people because that is not good customer service or a way of helping people.

MISLEAD

I MET WITH A RECRUITER SHE TOLD ME I HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING APPLIED FOR ACCOUNTING POSITION. SHE OFFERED ME A POSITION IN PARTS OF COURSE WHEN YOU R IN DESPERATE NEED OF A JOB U WILL MAKE AN EFFORT TO TRY THE JOB ANYWAY BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEIR ONLY ACCEPT JOBS IN THE FIELD FOR WHICH YOU APPLIED FOR. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUT AS A RECRUITER I FEEL THAT YOU SHOULDN'T JUST TRY TO FILL A POSITION JUST TO FILL ONE GET SOMEONE WITH EXPERINCE FOR WHICH THE JOB REQUIRES. NOT SOMEONE W/ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE FOR A PARTS POSITION.

Employee Satisifaction

Frazee provided me a few temporary positions until they found me the right company and the right position. I'm crazy about Frazee!!!
