Dr. Downing gave us two free kittens, including free shots, flea treatment, info packet, coupons worth $25, and four month supply of food! A whole kitten kit, in fact. Very nice, and very wise, since he will of course be our vet of choice from now on. Very nice staff, too.

Dr. Downing and staff have been wonderful to us. Where other vets would not sell me their prescription dog food two weeks after we moved to Baton Rouge, Downing Animal Hospital did! I was so impressed they became our local vet. The staff and doctor show real concern when something was wrong with our dogs. Many times we went out of town and the dogs were given a bath at no extra charge! They have our vote and we will miss them now that we live in Texas.
